I believe this product is sturdy (assembled myself in a few hours) and was not to difficult to assemble. There could be more clarity in the steps but it was a successful assembly. The product has not been fully used in a workout routine but it has been tested and it operates smoothly. Definitely a great addition to my gym. Update: Product works as expected and the tower is stable and moves smoothly when using the support pad. If you are looking for a good machine for your pull ups, dips, and push ups, this is a great purchase.

It was helpful reading other reviews knowing what to expect during the setup which made it easier for me. Putting it together was not as hard. The parts which already have screws installed are 1) arm rests 2) back/ seat 3) the push up bar area. Also, when you're reading the instructions, match the numbers in the manual to the numbers on the package. It took me about 2 hours to complete. I love it!!! It's build strong. I would recommend buying this product if you're interested in building your upper body strength and getting fit.

You are paying extra for the assisted pull-ups and dips. It works well for what it is advertised to do. Assembly was a bit confusing with tiny instruction diagrams and you get confused which length bolts to use where. You may have to disassemble and reassemble when you realize you used the wrong bolt. It also feels you are missing hardware when assembling, but once you figure things out you will realize that you got the exact number of hardware needed with nothing extra left over. I did regret buying this later as there are better ways to progress in dips and pull-ups without requiring mechanical assistance. You are better off buying a weight lifting rack and a pair of rings for about the same price and attach them to the rack. Things are a lot harder on the rings, but you can progress by putting different amount of weight on you feet on the floor or do things at different angles. That is what I ended up doing and feel the rings are more effective tool and this assisted dip and pull up machine is collecting dust. But I give it 5 stars for what it is designed to do. It’s just that there are better alternative ways to progress in dips and pull-ups.

I'm 6'3", 300lbs and had a hard time finding a tower that I was convinced could support me. This is it. Mind you, the bungees for assisted lifting are kinda not big guy heavy weight friendly, but my gf loves it. lol I bought this for leg lifts to focus on core work. Does the job in spades.

So far it has been great, takes a little time to put together, but not hard to do. I am giving it 5 stars for now only having it a week or so. If anything changes I will come back. Worth the money

For the price this machine is great. It was easy to assemble for the experienced assembler. I really don’t want to put heavy weight plates in my upstairs home gym on the wood floors. This machine is much lighter weight and offers a nice upper body workout. I definitely recommend lubricating the rollers before using it as they are kind of dry out if the box. Once everything is assembled and well greased. Its perfect.

We purchased this for our home gym due to it's functionality and size. Our teenage sons love all of the different workouts they can do with the tower. I like the 'assist' function since 'arm day' has never been my focus! I still get a great workout, and until I can pull myself up on my own - this helps! Highly recommend.

An assembly help video is the last product image in this listing. The assembly guide is very bad so use the video as much as possible. The first step has an error and they put the nuts toward the floor. This makes it rest on the nuts instead of the feet! Nuts on top for the base. Once everything is tightened this equipment does not wobble and feels very sturdy. It’s narrow, so don’t swing on the pull up bar. It fits great in my small exercise room.

One of the top reviews mentioned the instruction manual to put this together was lacking....he also mentioned he found a video to help set this up. The video is I'm the product picture, scroll to the end and it's a video of someone putting this together! I don't know how you would without. Made it a breeze! Gave this a 5 star cuz of the price and build quality. Feels like it has a chance to last awhile. And after trying it out I know it's just what I needed to get my pull ups and chin ups where I want em. The dip station is just a bonus.

Gotta say, the instructions could be larger, as it is very tiny when it came to the graphics, and while you had to guess in some areas, it wasn't terribly difficult to decipher. Overall, putting it together and its sturdiness was great. Just a couple of things however, which aren't complaints, but just to keep in mind (a couple things I came across assembling this thing and also using it). 1. This thing will tip over if you pull on it or push against it. You may want to secure it down before using it. I placed a wooden board across the rear legs and put all my extra metal exercise plates on top of that (simply because i don't have a rack to put the plates on), and it seems to hold it in place (since the apartment manager might not be happy if i bolted it down through the carpet of my apartment floor). 2. The seat and the locking rod - be sure not to forget to secure the locking rod/pin before sitting or kneeling on the seat. I forgot to put the pin in place and the metal bar that holds the seat into the frame bent badly at the clamping end (bent out of whack) as it gave way to my weight of 240 lbs.. I was able to pry the clamping connector end back into place with a lot of force using a pair of channel locks, and while it no longer mates with the frame smoothly, it still connects to the frame with the pin able to be put in its place as it was designed to. Just a note to myself to lose some weight before i get back on this seat (but then it probably gave way because i forgot to put the locking pin in place before getting on the seat). 3. If you're pretty heavy like me, the bands used to support the weight of the seat as a counter balance when you do Lat pull ups while kneeling on the seat may not be sufficient to counter your weight very much. Overall rating i still give it 5 stars. As for durability, i have to give it a 4 because due to my weight, i've not been able to fully test this device. At the moment I've been using the setup doing other things, and attach
